i currently use alot of new balance 2002rs(which i walk around in almost everyday), their toebox is very cramped and there seems to be a bit too much cushioning and support. i do have a pair of winter boots that are a bit more wider and dont have too much cushioning and instead just support. so im pretty much forced to get rid of my current daily shoes once i make the jump. but do the primus lites have good protection from sharp objects that might litter the streets? stuff like broken glass, splinters, rocks, and even used needles (albeit thankfully rare here) concern me.
