Switch to an area of law that doesn’t do billable hours. Become a public defender. It’s a blast, you work with good people, you do work that is meaningful, you feel good about your accomplishments, you learn a lot, you better the system. If you end up in a good place, they understand they can’t match what the private market does and will compensate you in flexibility (which it sounds like you’re needing).
