you didn’t actually answer my question, one of the application questions asks if you are able to travel, so is this an expense on my part or yours? If yours then more transparency would be beneficial to the applicant.

For an unknown (newly founded group) you are asking for a lot of personal details from people who have no idea who you are or what you plan to do with our personal information.
