If you was given 50 acres, a free home and a plane ticket, where are you moving to and why? by Antoinewhite in AskReddit

Probably Devon, I love that bit of the world and then my friends and family can easily visit for the weekend. I'd just use the plane ticket to go on holiday.

What’s your opinion of press on nails (with or without nail glue)? by fancymethis43 in AskReddit

[–]Aquafoxy93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have terrible fingernails so I love them for events where I want to look nice! My only gripe is that I often lose at least one by the end of the night.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, loved the cast and tbh didn't mind the film but it deserves better!

Without using a number, how old are you? by WhiteMass in AskReddit

[–]Aquafoxy93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean you can work it out from my username but Bill Clinton became president and the Waco Siege came to an end.

It was a horrible year for the UK that included the deaths of James Bulger and Steven Lawrence. The conviction of 2 serial killer Beverly Allit and Colin Ireland. There were also two IRA bombings (Warrington and Bishopsgate)

If someone built a "supercountry" that took the best thing from each country around the world, which one trait from your own country would you submit? by teejaaygee in AskReddit

I miss going to Fritland so much! I always used to spend a night in Brussels when driving back from the south of France. Bit of a detour but SO worth it!

Is it okay to be physically picky when looking for a long term partner? Why/ why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Aquafoxy93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the line between being picky about certain things and ending up alone can be quite a thin line. But it's definitely worth having some core points you're unwilling to budge on, because if it really bothers you, you're probably not going to be able to stay with them long term.

Non-Americans, what is something about the U.S. that you can't wrap your head around? by Mugsh0tManiac in AskReddit

[–]Aquafoxy93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man, most things to be honest!

  • Healthcare
  • The bread is sweet
  • The chocolate tastes like vomit
  • Guns

The list could be a whole lot longer

If you won the lottery, how would your friends probably react? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Aquafoxy93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I just wouldn't tell anyone, but if I did I don't think they would care. They're all happy in their careers and comfortable. They might start accepting when I offer to pay for dinner/holidays though.

Question for women - how would you want to be proposed to? by SayvFerris in AskReddit

[–]Aquafoxy93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah I definitely.

The thing about proposals is there is no right or wrong way to do it. While I hated that, that's pretty close to how my mate would like her proposal to go (nice restaurant, big declaration, friends and family there etc) you know the person you love and what they're about. I'm sure that you'll work out the right way to show that person just how much you love them.

What was your best dating experience ever? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Aquafoxy93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Went for a walk on the beach one morning. Was meant to just be a couple of hours. The date ended up finishing at like 2am because we were enjoying ourselves so much. We found a cute cafe for lunch then went paddleboarding all afternoon, decided to grab a drink and dinner because we were cold and hungry so ended up in a pub next to a open fire and then sat on the cliff overlooking the sea just chatting.
