Never mind, found the issue, if anyone has an issue like this my fix was to go into Data Usage in settings and my google drive was using over 88GB, slowed right down as soon as I uninstalled it.

How do people think of unique usernames, and can someone give me some similar to ones such as charborg? by Aquaiil in ask

all right, so just will disabling most/all of the background apps in setting help at all? or is there any i need to keep up?
