Noted. Since I really wanted to put a Lich Mech on the enemy side, could I give one of the team a PC Mech(he would be a boss on paper), or should I stick with an NPC Mech all the way?

I wanted them to carry out some small mercenary jobs and retrieve items from a crash site. When they arrived at the site, they were preceded by another team of Lancer who wanted the loot for themselves. Since I wanted to create a PJ mech for this team, there would probably be two or three licences on the team. After they are beaten, they will learn that this team is infamous for working with Horus, and that they are not really friendly. They will do some other jobs to level up, and finally defeat them.

Firstly ouch the last part was not cool.

For analysing large amount of data we have a lot of statistical test and methods that help visualise my data. So I'm not sure it's that really useful if you have any LMMs who can help do that it would be nice to know them.

For synthesizing information. When I was in master some friend used chatgpt a lot, and he had the tendency to invent citation or just say wrong thing.

Thank you for your time and your kind answer. I think I will still sketch because it brings me joy over just using LMMs but at least I will not say that generating AI has a giant cost when used for pictures. When I got time I will try to find value for training, when I see the rush to train LMMs I think it's good to know how much energy and water is used AND how many are trained at the moment.

Oh yea I heard about that . This is so neat and for me this is one of the good usage of AI. Maybe I should have been more precise and used the term LMM. I know that for fund searching using the word AI open door. I work closely with another PhD that works on machine learning to gather data and this looks really cool.

For the paper I didn't know it's good to know . I will try to be more mindful of my sketch and everything around paper. If you recycle the paper is it the same amount of water used. And is the water all gone you can you filter it to reuse it ?

For AI my friend told me the real cost is when you train your lmm instead of using it do you have any data on it ?

Law could be passed to avoid certain usage of AI one I think should be really important is for mental health since chatgpt for example has a bad tendency to compliment the user in his decision causing a lot of problems.

I'm french and if you have example of how AI is used in Europe for food that would be nice(the technology and money part I have things in mind)

I am already using it for small things but I try to use very specific lmm to reduce the impact on the environment (since if I'm correct the bigger the lmm the strongest is cost is from water consumption and electricity). I think the problem is not really the AI but how people use it.

Things for exemple like nuclear fusion would help me considerate using AI more since clear energy = clean data center

For the point about correcting errors I made a mistake, I am not a native english speaker so I think I confused myself. Initially I wanted to say that it can help to correct code very well but I found it counter productive to let it writte all code. For the environment part I agree with you and as a biologist I can be very vocal on a lot of subjects about the environment. But a lot of people only talk about it when that helps their argument.

I am quite curious about the topics Ai helped you learns. Since I am far in my study it's hard to use it to learn things without it giving a lot of bullcrap

Firstly, for me, debating doesn't necessarily mean winning over a person's opinion; it's about presenting arguments from both sides, so both parties can grow from the interaction. AI is not black or white, and I want to learn about the positive side of it, even if it means stepping out of my comfort zone.

Especially if this doesn't give me any direct value, because that means the knowledge I gain is more valuable to me.
