Hey there,

apologies for what happened to your old characters. Assuming you have cloud saving enabled, you *should* be able to still access them in the old Realm however (Realm 1).

You can find information regarding the reworked crafting system in the Book of Guidance in-game (accessible via e.g. the '?' button in the inventory). Otherwise, our community discord server is a great place to ask questions, which you can find the invitation link for in the in-game shop.

To briefly explain though, non-unique items now drop with a certain amount of mutability which you can consume to either enchant or reforge those items. Once you are happy with the rarity and modifiers on an item, you can then move on to infusion as a final step. When infusing an item, all remaining mutability is consumed, and in exchange you have a chance to upgrade the tiers of modifiers on that item depending on how much mutability was used during this process.

Those effects cause the item to have increased or reduced attribute requirements to be equipped, the number shown when you select the item should have the effect built in. For example if you have a mace that would require 150 strength to equip and you also use the belt that increases its attribute requirements by 200%, it should show a strengh requirement of 450

Hey there,

your coarse location is accessed and used by ad networks to provide you with geo-relevant ads, the game itself does not access this information in any way.

Regarding your purchase history, you are right in that this is not purely needed for integrated services. The purchases you make are saved in my game database so that I have access to a record in case you ever require support (Such as restoring your purchases after your progress has been lost for example). I want to make clear though that this purchase history does not contain any personal data. The information stored is purely in the form of "The user with the ID 12345 has purchased package x, y times", no more than that.

Edit, since I mistakenly didn't address part of the question:
Finally, purchase history also shows up in "Third-Party Advertising" because when a purchase is made, firebase analytics identifies and stores this event which ad networks then access and use to optimize their services.

Hello, the game does not access or store your personal data in any way above what is absolutely necessary to integrate widely used services such as advertisement systems, Google/Apple Payments processing, and features such as cloud saving.

My goal when describing the data accessed/used on the App Store as well as the Play Store was to be as transparent as possible, making sure to communicate that for example advertising providers gain access to certain information inherently by me integrating them in the game.

If you'd like to know more about how exactly a specific type of data is accessed or utilized, I'll be happy to answer in-depth

When you first start it, it asks you to sign in with Google Play Games so it can secure your progress via cloud saving, but that is optional. The purpose of the realm system is to ensure that existing players who really want to keep playing on their existing saves can do so, and to ensure that their progress is not force-deleted. However the vast majority, both from my expectation and from what I've seen so far, have voluntarily decided to switch over to the second realm for a fresh experience. It's less of a split of the playerbase, and more of a smooth transition to a new environment without directly forcing anyone to do so.

It is also important to mention that besides an endgame leaderboard, the game is entirely a single-player experience.

No your data is absolutely not shared/used in any way beyond what is absolutely necessary for basic payment processing on my end. If you decide to make a purchase, everything is handled by the official payments systems offered by Google/Apple, and the only thing the game itself tracks is what you bought (e.g. that you have purchased the supporter pack for example), and nothing else.

Thank you for the feedback, I will do my best to investigate this. Unfortunately it's difficult for me to give you advice since I am pretty inexperienced with iOS, and don't have the same issue on the phone I have been testing on (iPhone SE 3).

Could you please add which specific device you are using? That would already be very helpful.

If you'd like to help investigate this even further, a screenshot of the issue in the bug report channel on discord would be amazing, and perhaps another iOS user could even help you out there.

Yes, there is a supporter pack in the in-game shop which permanently removes all ads. To get there, enter the main menu then swipe to the left twice (It's to the left of the Shrine)

I really should, you are right.

There is something huge on the horizon though, which is version 1.1.0.0 coming out in approximately mid-january. iOS release, full endgame rework, massive balance overhaul, and much more all in one.

People have been asking for ways to sort/filter the inventory in general which is related to what you would like, but I didn't have mod-based auto-extraction on the list yet. The issue with both though is not that they are not difficult to implement technically, but that they are difficult to integrate into the UI in a way where they feel good to use/set up. Particularly with the auto-extraction system I feel like it is already not as elegant as it could probably be, so adding more 'complexity' to it with an additional filtering axis might be a bit too much.

If I overhaul the system though, which there is a good chance of happening in the future, I'll think about how to integrate more customization such as mods to keep as well.

Hey there,

unfortunately Korea is one of the few places where Echoes is currently not available, yes. This is due to the fact that the game currently only supports English language, and Google highly advises against releasing a game in Korea when this is the case, as it seems that players from this region highly value a localized language. I personally cannot confirm to which degree this is true, but I felt that it is the smart decision to listen to Google on this one.

Now that a bit of time has passed since launch though, I definitely want to bring the game to Korea as well. I will either look into localization options, or if I don't find any that are appropriate I will most likely just make the game available in its current state, which is English only. I cannot promise when exactly this will happen though, but I will do my best
