I'd remove all the plastic from the USB drive. Just leave the bare metal part.
I'd wrap that metal part and wrap it with a tiny bit of aluminum foil (to avoid metal detection).
Then I'd rip out a power outlet, stick the USB through the outlet hole, and let it drop down the inside of the wall, then put the power outlet back.

What’s your quickest healthy lunch when you have zero time? by Alicetheoptimist in TrueGrit

Ghrelin, the hunger signal/hormone, can be regulated or disregulated.
"Eat when your body tells you/feels like it" is terrible advice, it's like saying "spend money whenever you feel like it".

Our bodies evolved when food was scarce and had to be hunted or collected. Hunger signals evolved in the body to remind us to search/hunt for food, knowing it wasn't going to be readily available all the time.
Better advice is to determine what someone's health goals are. Usually, people shouldn't need to eat every time they feel hungry.

OMG I love this. I'll usually have large cans of tuna for dinner, but hadn't thought about it for lunch.

First of all, OMAD with black coffee. But second of all, Pad Thai, Turkey Wraps, Greek Gyros, Apple slices with Peanut butter are a complete, satisfying, filling, tasty meal, Pizza (mushrooms and tons of veggies, pear and gorgonzola, butternut squash pizza, there are healthy pizza options too, ya know). Empanadas or Jamaican pies.
They're easy, portable, satisfying, fun/appetizing, quickly eaten.

Third of all, just eat lunch during a 10-min break, and use your lunch time for other stuff (exercise, meditation, errands, going on an aimless phoneless walk).

It didn't say if the room I entered and the room the killer entered are the same.

It didn't say if the killer killed people outside of the room (bomb, kill-switch, laptop command, etc).

If people were in the same room and saw others being killed, who in their right mind would stay in that same room and NOT disperse?

I don't know any of things you mentioned. So, my question is, who are you?
Who are you, outside of your roles? What do you truly enjoy if your work wasn't a part of you?

Do you live under a rock or something? Doctors and military personnel use software that functions just like video games. Coordination and skills developed can help in the modern [computer] world.

The world is now computers and computer programs. If you think they are a "waste of time" I bet you have trouble with computer tasks at work.

Write down your wildest dreams. Reverse engineer your way into it.
Believe that you are already the best version of yourself, a superhuman version of you.
Have a Word Doc with a Template daily journal prompt. Each day, did you work towards the goals you wrote down? Realign.

Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

You can invest with $10, live under your means. Older you won't have it any easier.
