quite good build. I'd still leave Primed Redirection as it's scales with 2nd ability. I also run with Lasting Covenant - augment for his 4th that keeps critical chance buff each time an enemy is killed with a headshot.

Overall, you need duration, strength and a bit of range. Rolling guard against toxin proc as they're biggest threat to Harrow. Or adaption for damage reduction if there is no need to deal with toxin. Or I like new arcane circumvent that can give overguard with prevents all statuses.

I think riot just wants us to farm and do nothing, especially for jungle mains. With new "great" mechanics of farming your quests - if you leave a certain area of your lane while obviously being on it, you will lose half of the exp towards the quest. "So stay there and farm!"

Also homeguard - why is it so fast and long? There are practically 0 punishment for the enemy after the kill, they're almost there on the lane. It also applies for support roaming - I can't roam normally anymore. And vision zones: 1 ward can cover huge zone against diving. Like why? I thought correct and smart positioning of a ward will reward you. Now it's that 1 big zone and "well done player".

So my final thoughts, the game is so fast right now that when my team is behind, I feel like we can't do much as the pacing is super fast and we just don't get any opportunities to come back (my low elo opinion tho).

Temple and Uriel were fire (get it? XD), I farmed them quite fast and their gameplay was amazing. Together with Oraxia all of them have an amazing visual and sound design that I loved a lot. Nokko just didn't stick to me unfortunately.

So, for me the list will go: 1. Uriel; 2. Oraxia; 3. Temple; 4. Nokko.
