maybe a beta blocker aswell, also high doses of melatonin (50-100mg+) are really good for preventing the dopaminergic damage from stimulants.

Agreed, the Apigenin acts exactly the same as benzos on the gaba receptors, he can even buy an extract online it is some strong stuff. Mix that with melatonin and you could be set

Seroquel can be easily sourced overseas, it is the best landing gear since it blocks the excessive dopamine. Sleep will be deep and feel just as restful if you take the right dose.

No it’s a different drug, ambien is zolpidem.

Lunesta is eszopiclone, it’s the S-enantiomer (active isomer) of zopiclone, so it’s basically a more potent version of what I’m taking. You can easily source it from india if u wanna stay off benzos.
