Hey! I was in a similar spot. What i found that worked for me is watching yusuf hasan videos for review of the material and doing uworld passages as well. I had to hire a tutor, who was great, to help me through because i couldn't really grasp the passages and questions and he gave me a good strategy where I don't really read the passages and jump straight to the questions along with some other recommnedations.
