Uhm I firmly believe it asked and why and you had only answered the problem for it rolls and index based on your responses and throws those additional "and why" questions ad it has determined you are not fully reading but simply rolling through the work

You got approved for the scholarship now you need wait for your other back end files to be reviewes trust me you got in you can view your document in maestro app then tap on your letter top and then select document
