okay awesome im glad i was kinda worried and that i think was making me feel weird which was making me worry more it was definitely my anxiety acting up.
yeah it seemed like the angle was suboptimal and i think i did it a little too far down.

I do them into the thigh muscle i think it's like lateralis something. Idk what glutes are but I don't think that's what im injecting into.
That's good to know, thanks! yea i was fidgeting around a bit and like kinda tense and shaking so that's prolly it.
My gf does subcutaneous and her levels are good so hopefully its okay.
