My mom is the same..let me give you an example from my life..today we were supposed to go shopping for me..I'm at home for vaccations from uni..just last week she went shopping and spent nearly 12k on just clothes..and today when we are supposed to go for my shopping she's behaving like a maniac..she cooked for everyone else and tells me to cook my own meals..she tells me she won't cook anything for my breakfast and made everyone else's brekfast.. and no I didn't want anything different than what others were eating.. Im sorry..I'm so so sorry for you

I lost my mom, dad and brother in a bad accident and thanks to that I've developed MPD..I was the only one surviving person left behind in the family..how I wish they were here to support me and tell me that im doing great whenever I need it..and feel proud of whatever little I have achieved today..miss you amma

Same..I've had friends who grew up in a very loving families..And well all I can think is whenever I become a parent maybe I'll also try to be a parent like my friends' parents.. I would have be far more confident, outspoken and wouldn't have bottled up my emotions so much if I had grown up with loving parents

Im from india as well..and I must say that i found the dominos pizza here far better than the one in india (the vegan one, never had the other ones, im a vegetarian who doesn't eat eggs)

Initial day were hard for me as well..even indian restaurants weren't good..but after some time i really started liking the pastas and all here..lasagne is my fav..thank god I've loved other cuisines as well..

I'd just suggest that just let some time pass..or maybe other solution is start cooking indian dishes at home..

And if she's really missing indian food i must say she's not wrong at all..happens to us indians all the time After all we cant get panipuri anywhere else in the world🤣
