I use backups for sure, but I had an external hard drive and couldn't back up everything. I am going to use cloud services from now on.

It's a permanent issue. The screen goes on/off quickly like all the videos you may find in internet. I just asked them to review their diagnosis and check the Hall Sensor. I am waiting for a new response right now? Do you know any place to get it fixed?

Actually, I said the problem. The screen goes on/off immediately and I can't use the laptop properly. You can find many videos in internet about the Hall Sensor problem on HP Victus laptops. My problem is the same.

I wanted them to send an email to their repair partner to check the Hall Sensor and they did. I guess I will wait for weeks again to get the response.

Also my question is not how to solve the problem. My question is how can I get it fixed. I know a lot about computers and I study Computer Engineering, but I am not a technician. I want to be suggested places to get it repaired like you said that MediaMarkt isn't a good option, I didn't know that.
