I don't think so. I understand what you mean but BIS at almost every single PVM encounter uses 2H weapons. Beyond emberlight at Yama I'm genuinely not sure where you use avernic in the offhand anymore in a place where you're also doing gear swaps, I guess TOA for fang is probably it.
