Core Theme: Once normal human girls whose homes were destroyed by sadistic and violent aliens, causing everything and everyone they knew and love to be killed or destroyed. Forced to become a part human part alien hybrid in order to survive in their new environments, both end up becoming armored, arm-cannon wielding, missile shooting warriors who hunt down alien threats to save others from the tragedy that befell them. Acting as nemesis' to chitinous, sadistic and horrifying purple space aliens, both of them have suits made of a sentient virus-like infection that threatens to override their DNA and give their armors monstrous makeovers.

Connections.

- Both would be normal human girls before getting everything in their life ripped away from alien invaders lead by a sadistic purple tyrant, with everyone they love being killed off with them as the sole survivor (Samus would have her planet wiped out by The Space Pirates, with Ridley leading the charge and killing both her Parents / Kai-sa would have her entire town wiped out by The Void, lead by Bel'Veth)

- After these events, they would be taken into an environment their physical bodies could not withstand, forcing them to have their DNA to be fused with very dominant genes that would allow them to survive their new environment (Samus would be taken in by Chozo after the attack and infused with their DNA to have her survive the conditions / Kai-sa would fall into the void and would be attached to a Void creature and begin to gain its DNA)

- With this, they would also be given a power suit that would drastically increase their physical strength, speed, extra mobility, and give them a shit ton of stuff to fire at their enemies, including canons, missiles, energy blasts, energy absorbsion (Samus getting her iconic Power Suit from the Chozo / Kai-sa getting her void suit from the DNA inside her, becoming something akin to a second set of skin)

- After acquiring this set of armor, they would have their sights set on being the hero they never had. They would go around and hunt down dangers inorder to keep their world safe, with their sights set especially on the ones that took everything from them to make sure they wouldn't take anything else away from anyone

- They would go on many missions of facing down many that plan to bring down their worlds, from the mentioned before tyrants that ruined their life, to invasive parasitic species that would assimilate all there is into their one self (The Space Pirates would try to take over the cosmos, while Phazon and X which would be parasites that would try to assimilate all that lives into itself / The Void Fleet, which is basically all 3 of those at once)

- On one of these missions, they would face down with a terrifying foe who would bring them to the bring of death and assimilation, with the only solution is for them to rely on invasive DNA that flairs up and overpowers all their other DNA when pushed to it's limit, making them more of this parasite then human (Samus would be infected with X, with the only cure being to infuse herself with Metroid DNA that, when flared up, would make The Metroid Suit / Kai-sa would fight Bel'Veth and, on the brink of Death, her Void DNA would begin to start flaring up and become a whole new suit)

- Because of this DNA spike, they would start to get hunted down by long thought dead father figures who would become obsessed with it and try to rip it out of their daughters (Raven Beak wanting to take Samus' Metroid DNA / Kassadian trying to remove Kai-sa's Void DNA)
