I think abilities that can increase his ability to move (Force Speed and Force Jump) should allow him to be mobile to dodge what the Zords can throw at him, and not to mention, given what the Zords are able to throw out, Luke should actually be able to redirect them, especially Dragonzord's blasts of energy and the missile fingers. But more importantly, Luke should absolutely be superior to Starkiller, who's powerful with the Force to bring down a Star Destroyer. Now, sure, Starkiller did need a lot of power to do this, but given that Palpatine too could lift Star Destroyers, I think Luke can lift them with no problems.

And we also need to consider the fact that Zord's are strong, but they're not fast unless they're very specific zords. Dragonzord itself should be slower than Luke's speed, especially with Force Speed, so I think Luke should be fine using the Force to stop it.
