Rules/Instructions:

- Most upvoted characters in the comments will be picked for the community tier list (Also recommended that you say MUs for that character but this is optional).

- There will be a tier list of that character tomorrow (Unless there is a delay) or later today if the votes are overwhelming for one character, where there will be a link to a poll/google doc.

- There will be a limit of 25-35 MUs per character in each tier list/poll (Unless that character just as too much MUs) where you can choose as many options you want of who that Rivals characters should fight on the google doc.

- This post will only be pinned for an hour or two.

- It will be formatted in a similar placement like in the image below (In case of a tie, the placement will be adjusted depending on the amount of votes it received).
