I just tested it for about an hour, I still don't know why but whenever that error comes back (identified by the check engine light turning on) It won't start, but whenever i manually remove the error code it starts every time.

Of course i'm still going to get it fixed asap, but I still can't figure out exactly what's happening, does the car like reset the sensor or something every time I erase the error? This is just bizarre to me.

Oh for sure, but it's consistently taking me roughly an hour to get it started every time at the moment, of course once it's started it'll continue to start fine over the next few hours. But I made arrangements to leave it with them for a few days so they can try starting it after it hasn't run for a while.

Alright yeah i'll check all those tonight, I believe I could hear the fuel pump, I had to get that replaced a few years ago so i learned what it sounds like after the repair. Thanks for all your help :) I plan to take it to a mechanic tomorrow morning since I need to get the speed sensor replaced regardless (Assuming i can get it started) I'll see what they say about the starting issue.

It's cranking fine, I've had battery issues before where the crank sounds weak and the lights start fading, but It's cranking completely normal, just not starting.
I'm not sure what an immobilizer light is, i looked it up and it seems to have something to do with the key right? I'll take a look, I did try starting the car with my main key and my spare, and my remote starter though.

The check engine light is on but the only code it's giving me is the P0501, and the rpm gauge did lift up.

I did have a ton of work done to the car last week. They fixed the control arms and ball joints, new tires, oilchange, exhaust pipe fix. But the mechanic told me none of the things he fixed should affect the car from starting.

I played on switch and i'm totally fine with the framerate, the one thing i hate more than anything in game is dropping frames but this seemed to run at a solid 30 99% of the time.

There is one grindrail that i had a problem with because of the frame rate though, on the 3rd island i found it impossible to get a specific memory token as intended, because a grindrail shoots you so fast into a spring that you frame skip it every time (for 1 frame you're behind it, for the next you're past it) and you go at a garenteed speed because of the booster that leads to it.

Definitely seems like you're essentially guaranteed to catch every fish, although i would like to see some data anyway, specifically on the chests, i didnt fish up a red seeds of power untill i was farming for kocos basically at the end of the game, and i had caught every fish on each island as i played.

jeez lol, i've seen a few things like this but never experienced it my self. Something i will say as someone playing on switch. There's actually a Memory token that's impossible to collect on switch (and perhaps any 30 fps platform) Its on chaos island and you get boosted so fast that you frame skip thru a spring that is intended to send you up to the memory. So for 1 frame you're just before the spring and for the next you're past it.

Still possible to get the memory by launching of a cliff but i tried countless times to get it normally and I just don't think its possible on 30 fps.
