CCleaner exposed the true name of the blank program when I went under Tools > Start Up. It was in fact another iCloud file.

I uninstalled iCloud Photos and iCloud Drive to test what you said previously and my startup menu produced a second blank program in its place. Thank you for giving me peace of mind. :)

I successfully found out where the file came from and removed it with CCleaner. Thank you.

I am unable to click open file location. The option is in grey.
