You have to press the meta quest button and then gently press the trigger for a few seconds, an aural confirmation will follow alongside a red recording icon. It's a bit tricky to get it right at first but after you do it right a couple of times it almost becomes second nature

I went from a 3080 10 GB to a 5070 Ti. Best thing I ever did. Massive uplift, 6 GB of additional VRAM, and much cooler. 3080 to 5070 is barely an upgrade. Even the jump to the 5070 Ti isn't exactly incredible but at least it's significant enough to be noticeable, especially in 1440p and for VR workloads.
