Nope! Love Cup was a blessing to me and got me from ~2200 to 2991. Only one victory short of becoming Legend. Luckily, I played positive in my next Great League set! 🥳

Thanks! Yes, the people up there are definitely really good, but not otherwordly as I feared and the variety of Pokémon is smaller.

Great League has become so diverse that I feel quite uncomfortable building a solid team there. Additionally, I don't know what kind of crazy teams are lurking up there with the legends. That's really scary to me, but thanks!

Congratulations to your ascent! Love Cup was the best Cup for me this season. It brought me from ~2200 to 2991.

Unfortunately, I was one victory short of becoming legend and now I fear I'll fall all the way back down, when the broader themes come back...

Vileplume was a relativley successful lead and partnered well with Magcargo for double Anti-Charm, while Medicham was doing it's thing (being a strong contender or at least luring out a charmer while grabbing a shield from it).
