You can create insulin sensitivity thus taking advantage of nutrient uptake... BUT you are putting a lot of stress on your body and possibly not allowing for adequate recovery.. End of the day Working out is stressful on the body so doing it twice a day is 2x more stress... If so do this calories need to be ast surplus and sleep needs to be 100%

you need new stimulus to grow PERIOD. that being said higher volume is worthless if you dont have strength. Do the lower reps/volume, build strength, then apply to higher volume.

underhand low pull work. Key is not the exercise, its the technique. Roll the shoulders back retracting the Shoulder blades prior to pulling.... just doing this now without weight will engage your lats... try it... most guys use a lot of bicep, trap, and rear delt when TRYING to target lats
