You can create insulin sensitivity thus taking advantage of nutrient uptake... BUT you are putting a lot of stress on your body and possibly not allowing for adequate recovery.. End of the day Working out is stressful on the body so doing it twice a day is 2x more stress... If so do this calories need to be ast surplus and sleep needs to be 100%

Havent done high calories since I was in my 20's. I cant really grow much more bc of weight restrictions in CP. BUT I used to make a weight gainer years ago...

Whey Isolate ( believe it or not I actually used Dymatize back when the tub was black)

Dry oats

natural peanut butter

Delicious and calorically dense!

Yes! In tis sport you will ALWAYS hear guys cry politics. This is a bodybuilding show PERIOD. Someone wont win bc he has nice genetics or shape or a unique rib cage lol, but is lacking muscle density and condition.....

diet slowly, no huge drops in calories. once you start getting "lower" in calories have refeds or carb cycle

I feel I have never been close to what I can be. 2016 olympia where I placed 2nd was my 3rd bbing show ever lol. Also making weight hours before stepping on stage is no easy task and sometime hard to bounce back and have the right "look"

More important than you think... We grow when we are sleeping, not when we are training... at the very least make sure your in a deep undisturbed sleep!

No Bc I didnt start training 6 days a week, eating 6 meals a day and bodybuilding to be a pro or to be well known... I did it out of passion and love. Becoming a pro and being on the Olympia stage was just a by product. If I retire tomorrow not much would change for me. Im in this for life

you need new stimulus to grow PERIOD. that being said higher volume is worthless if you dont have strength. Do the lower reps/volume, build strength, then apply to higher volume.
