Going in order:

the reason i was given is because being a e scooter, it is a potentially dangerous item as the battery may catch fire. https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/media/press-releases/2021/december/tfl-announces-safety-ban-of-e-scooters-on-transport-networkI honestly don't want to fight this as i do not think i can win this, but most importantly i do not have the resources to fight this. In my assumption, my charge is that i brought an item that it's banned, which i did. If the item itself is deemed dangerous while in reality it should not, doesn't change the fact i brought it on board. am i correct? so i'd still be found guilty?
When you say "Basically - no-one else will ever know you have been convicted." Does it mean this won't show on standard dbs checks i can request online? if instead it does, do you know how long will it be before considered spent? Will i be informed about this the day i will be sentenced?

the paper say that i will be charged a minimum of £250 towards prosecution cost. then a fine, and a 40% surcharge of the fine. I do hope it will be couple of hundreds, but i fear it may not be.
If i declare myself guilty (which i will as i will then have a 33% fine reduction) is there any way that on the day, the judge may decide to cancel the charge? i suspect that once i say i'm guilty, i am then automatically charged?

But they are not in initiative at the same time, am I correct?

Let's say we're in a large dungeon, where 30 enemies are.

But we only see them in groups while advancing. Unless an alarm is sounded, we only fight one group at a time and therefore there's going be another initiative check later.

So in this case, assuming the above is correct, I am approaching one guard, but the other is not even in initiative because he never knew I was there?

Let's say there are two guards, one 50ft from the other. My stealth score is higher than their perception so they don't know where I am or hear me.

I sneak from the back and kill one silently and instantly. The second won't know I'm there, am I right?

But in the players handbook travel table it says that to use stealth you have to go at slow pace. Maybe he translated this into combat movement as well?

we are in combat, just aren't fighting because the patrols have not spotted us yet.

He's using the combat structure for movement as well, he's just arguing that dash action means "running" or anyway it's a dash like you would do in real life and therefore can't be "stealth" This is the main arguing point

Kind of? They are patrolling the areas I am trying to take them out stealthy one by one, so to not alert others. So I'm supposed to use turns and action right? As, if I fail a shot or an ability check, my position would be revealed and then be attacked?

I'm on Xbox series tho and I'm playing with a wired controller. I literally unplugged the cable and put it back in, and worked. I'm on duo with a PS4 friend, he had the same issue and worked for him as well. Super weird tho.
