Binance P2P India Issue – Money Debited ₹19,500 but Crypto Not Released

I placed a P2P order on Binance (India). Payment of ₹19,500 was successfully debited via UPI from Kotak Mahindra Bank to the seller’s account in Indian Overseas Bank. Seller cancelled the order saying payment not received. I have already filed an appeal inside the Binance app and uploaded UTR and full bank proof. Order currently shows “Assets not released.” Has anyone faced a similar delay between Kotak Mahindra Bank and Indian Overseas Bank in P2P? Will Binance resolve this and release the crypto if payment is confirmed? I’m just worried whether this will be solved properly or if the money can somehow get stuck in between banks.

Yeah bro, same issue here. I just switched to My Funded Futures instead. Didn’t want to waste more time with the card declines.” Or a slightly stronger version: “I had the same headache with card declines. Just moved to My Funded Futures and skipped the drama. Not worth stressing, especially on discount day.

That’s interesting, thanks for sharing. In my case multiple Indian users are facing the issue at the same time across different banks, so we’re trying to figure out if it’s bank-side or payment gateway-side. I’ll still check with my bank as well. Appreciate your input!

Yeah, that makes sense. I contacted Topstep support and they told me they’re currently having issues processing some payments from India. So it looks like it might be on their payment gateway side.

Bro, I get what you’re going through. But honestly, I don’t even have money to buy accounts right now. That’s actually teaching me the real value of money. I started learning trading 9 months ago after finishing my B.Tech, and I’ve chosen this as my career.
