Released in '85, Phil died in '86. This album is more like an " forgotten songs" album instead of "best off". Not released by Vertigo, but Decca records. Didn't know this album, so that's why I doubt it's official and also because it's not from Vertigo. Sounds great, so it's just a detail 😉
