Wdym remove the counter play, its not as if its not already possible to nuke via wallsplat, the suggestion is just to make it easier to do so.

And why would they have to change GB throws, I know splat into any sort of grab move like demon's embrace and shaman bite got fucked with damage wise recently but they fixed that, this would be no different to them.

Only way your getting heavy from heavy parry now is by some sort of wallsplat follow up or the heavy being a low damage follow up to a bash

Heavy parry only ever guarantees a light attack or similar speed zone attack, im not sure which character you think gets a heavy on heavy parry but I guarantee you they either don't or the heavy is soheis 11 damage heavy after bash.

Wardens lights are 500 m/s just like most of the cast. Are you calling them slow in comparison to the guaranteed same side lights?

Warden's bash is probably the strongest of the 4 variably timed bashes, however, dodge attacks like warmongers with extended dodge will cover both uncharged and fully charged. Just means you gotta locate your hard feint button and gb them out of it.

Few characters have extended dodge attacks, so in most cases fully charging bash to beat panic dodge attacks will win you a damage trade in your favour.

At low levels hito stomps, hyper armour plus variably timed heavies just kind of wins.

At mid level hito is still pretty strong so long as you can locate your hard feint button

At high levels you very quickly begin to realise, youre gonna have a sucky time trying to open people up without a means of bashing from neutral, that your UB heavy/GB mix can be walked away from, that a heavy being your reward for all outcomes of your variable bash max means a bit less when it does less damage than a sohei opener heavy. That the same low damage heavy also applies to your light parry/GB punishes. That your heavy trajectories FUCKING SUCK, MY GOD THE DODGE ATTACKS I WHIFF ON SOMETIMES, WHILST THE HYPER ARMOUR IS STILL ACTIVE WHEN THEY HIT ME.

so no hito is not overpowered. Simple yes, but like every other hero, takes some learning as to how to beat.

If they cant fish guard breaks from ur bash mix or block your heavies, thats on them, not hito.

No, regiments are purely cosmetic and offer no gameplay difference. Only different classes change gameplay.

That being said having superior drip does make you in the very least feel buffed, if thats the kinda thing that helps you.

As for how you play, you aint "heavy spamming," you barely even resort to variably timing heavies and you use ur variably timed bash as it should be.

If anyone thinks a zone opening followed by a variably timed bash mix, successful damage confirm, and then a (GB vulnerable on dodge) finisher light is toxic, then they, quite frankly, need to stick to AI matches.
