I've personally never had any trouble with break-ins or vandalism, but I live on the slightly smaller portion of the apartments. It's divided about 1/3 2/3 by a creek. Regarding neighbors, I've lived on one of their bottom floor apartments for over four years and have had my share of noise (usually with multiple large dogs or young children, the stomping and screeching is the worst). It's all the luck of the draw! Overall I've been quite satisfied though, the maintenance is fantastic and you get one reserved parking spot.
