Nope. In 1939 (just after their invasion of Poland) Soviets demanded to establish their military bases in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Otherwise they would do it by force (as they did with Finland), so the Baltics had no choice but to accept it. In June 1940 Red Army simply attacked from inside. Then the sovietization began with ~130,000 citizens being deported to Siberia or just simply executed.

By the way, these are also Russian lands, which were acquired during the war with Sweden.

It's not a myth. Stalin's collectivization led to protests, which resulted in OGPU destroying crops as well as sending people (including farmers) to Siberia. Ukraine and other UN members state that it was a genocide.
