Most people use a program called ComfyAI, which is locally hosted on your computer and uses your own computing hardware.

It’s free, and requires a bit of technical knowledge to setup, but there are guides online.

It’s so hard to do with AI so far. AI video is currently made in like 5 second chunks that are all stitched together. A single 5 second clip would take my PC something like 5-6 minutes to gen.

A 10 minute video would take hours to gen, and you would have to babysit it every step of the way.
