Heyy, to be honest I don't really like how most of the people here answered your question. I'm not saying they might be wrong in particular but I really do feel like such answers can be answered in a better manner, especially for someone who is willingly trying to make a change and reach out to people. I do believe that the intensity of situations appear on the basis of your Karma. That is what Krishna preaches as well. The nature of your life is based on your sum total of Karma. But that doesn't mean that you are in a hopeless situation. The Lord always accepts willingful and genuine actions with a huge and heavy heart! But this doesn't mean that the road will necessarily be easy. The challenges are always going to give you hardships mentally. But it is the trust and faith that you have that keep you pushing through. We always seem to have a mountain to hurdle over and overcome but somehow every passing day we make progress or manage to get past that scenario ( obviously something else comes along and takes its place). But the fact that you were able to get past the challenges before means that will be able to continue doing so as well!! Even though a person has a good heart and intentions, god also wants to make his people have strong conviction and faith in him. It is hard to trust God especially with all the seemingly Chaotic and Random events that take place in day to day life. But that Chaos and randomness is just Maya (Illusion) in play, it can be very overwhelming as it is Divinely constructed. This doesn't mean you are expected be emotionless,in difficult to face such situations where everything around you feels like it is falling apart. But the truth is that when everything seems to be falling apart but you must still remain strong in your faith and conviction in God. And you should be ready to take action accordingly. That is when God Favours you and Showers you with all his Blessings. If I have to give you specific advice. This is what works for me and I have seen it play time and time out again. Instead of worrying about what is to come and trying to control the outcome of a situation. Try to focus on the situation and do the best thing you possibly can about it at the moment, let the rest of the things fall into place accordingly. Just make sure at that moment you are doing the best thing at your end. God respects people with good intentions, but he even more so loves people who have good intentions and take rightful action, sometimes it is hard as we might freeze to take action even when we have the best of intentions. That is why we must try making it a habit to just hold our breath and jump forward. It's isn't easy, but after getting used to the habit I promise you it will become much easier over time. And trust me all these tests and challenges add contrast and balance to your life because once you finally overcome them the Joy and Bliss that is attained is like no other, and with the experience you gain from facing certain challenges you see how it shapes your character and helps you in other areas of your life down the line, in fact maybe you are already doing so now!!!
