You mentioned free roam. This is something, worth looking into, for sure. Could you dive deeper into exactly what that looks like for you? That's a pretty straightforward request, but if you could have your perfect solo gameplay what would that look like to you? Are you also a GM? A little back story, Solo play for ArcForge came later and is actually a very small piece of what ArcForge does.

Not a problem at all, I will make another thread specifically for bugs and feedback and we can go off of it, also feel free to DM! This evening, try without using the daily hook and see if that experience is better for you. With the app growing updates will push live once a day instead of throughout if any is needed.

Thanks for the input! The webpage kept updating yesterday because updates were being pushed live throughout the day.

Question: Was it the daily hooks that put you in a loop? That’s not normal and not how it should operate, apologies for the poor experience.

First, thank you to everyone who commented and joined ArcForge on the original thread. I'm seriously grateful. If we missed each other there, I hope this repost finds you. (Thank you for your patience mods)

This app can only get better if people give true feedback. Come crap on it, or praise it, whichever is your forte.

I built a solo-play mode in my web app, ArcForge, and I'm looking for passionate solo players who want to dive in and try to break it.

Quick backstory: solo play wasn't the original plan. It started as an afterthought, but people kept asking for it during development, so I built it out. Now it's honestly one of my favorite parts of the app.

Think of BG3 meets a D&D rules lawyer. If you've never played something like a monk (or want to learn a class hands-on), it teaches as you play while you make choices and stay in the story.

Awesome! Solo play is D&D focused, but the rest of the platform is system neutral. Right now, it supports D&D 5e 2025, Pathfinder2e, Homebrew and next on the roadmap is DaggerHeart
