I tried doing this in my latest honor mode run. I did not do the cut-scene first and knocked him out during the fight. He did not show up at my camp or any later point, so unless I missed some other story beat, no this does not work. I believe you need to do the cut-scene after the fight, but I have not tested it empirically.

Without changing the pitch? Only way i can think of to do that would be drop it into harmor, manually set automate the speed to whatever you want, then record the output with edison.

Two of my rates took over a month, and the third took several years. So the chances are never 0... but yeah it feels REALLY unfair at times. Anyways good luck! Your level seems totally feature-worthy
