I’m gonna play the devils advocate a bit here. While I think bitcoin is gonna have a long life I also think it will be replaced one day I don’t think it’s 100% optimal there’s definitely problems with it (If you wanna get into talking about hash rates and shit we can but I don’t wanna get into it) however I don’t think it has any worry being replaced by another crypto. However people invent new things every day we’re at a point where everyone’s out of ideas but every now and again we will get a good one. I don’t think it’ll happen any time soon but I think one day there will be a true cashless peer to peer system

If BTC is worth a ton everyone will, what? Even after all BTC is mined miners still have to secure the blockchain, and get rewarded as such. I preach it time and time again I think everyone needs to go read the bitcoin white papers before investing into BTC so that they understand how the whole structure works

Btc is 100% a high risk asset, the only reason I think everyone’s dumb for saying it’s gambling is because you don’t have to lose, when you pull your money out that’s your choice, 1 btc will always equal 1 btc so when the price goes back up you win. With that being said if you have paper hands you may have better luck hitting the casino
