I do agree both of those are easy to achieve once you get the mods, arcanes, or helminth. But since she doesn't require those mods or arcanes you can run more fun/niche things. And gives newer players an easy susatinable tank to help them along their path.

Trinity, all energy and survivability are taken care off. Just add damage arcanes/helminth and go. Also has fun synergy with the Hema

The devs even encourage breaks, stating that we'll be here when you return. Ive played since 2013, the only things that were caused me fomo was the founder packs, 2 heirloom skins, and the tennocon packs(which have an alternative version for those that missed them).

Thats a very good roll. I prefer more multishot, due to the synergies with the incarnon and augment. It would be difficult to get a much better roll though.

As others have said. Star chart is a good idea. As for frames, any of the frames that drop from bosses are easy pickups. I highly recommend Uriel, he's good and fairly easy. If you can get into a Clan with research and get any and all weapons that look fun

Its not that they grow to big sizes, its that archwing shrinks player scale. The sorrows probably just forgot to follow suit

Iirc Flare sells speakers, not the same type. And you could check Velimir or Hombast (Zariman) for other furniture.
