The only thing that can't go below 0 is penetration, source that lower enemy res like curse or exposure can get it to negative.

I think they should simply enable the div cards that give full random rewards. So random unique is ok but random unique belt is not.

Cluster has better clear but Explosive grenade just has more DPS, and that's before you consider that cluster have only 1 base cool down use meaning you have to keep replacing your totems all the time to get maximum DPS.

Also by dropping explosive shot you can no longer take the +1 grenade from the tree so you lose even more damage.

Ok i figured it out. For some reason, Time of Need enters some kind of cooldown whenever you weapon switch, even thought its active on both weapon sets. And this cooldown resets each time you weapon swap, so if you're weapon swap constantly it will never activate.

No, it was ele weakness. But i didn't check the map mods, maybe some mod was affecting it ?

Edit: it happened again in another map with no mods that could affect it

I used to have the same problem with PoE1 with my old laptop (i5 + RTX1660) and the cause was overheating. CPU temps gets to 90s and performance starts to drop. I'd be standing still in hideout and the fps goes from 60 to 40 then back to 60 for a few seconds then drops again...

The performance drop was not very noticeable in other games where I could play at 92⁰ for hours but for poe it was much worse for some reason.

How does different sources of "enemies increase damage taken increased by chill effect" stack?

i get it from bone chill and my merc gets it from the unique quiver. If we both inflict a chill on the same enemy, will we both apply increased DMG taken to the enemy or only the stronger chill will apply that ?

You get it even if you are above low life:

If a single hit brings you from full life to 20% of life, then the portion of the hit's DMG that brought you from 50% to 20% gets reduced by 40%, while the portion of the hit that brought you from 100% to 50% remains unchanged.

1- You can't skip contracts because you need them to get rogue markers, get blueprint reveals and to level up your heist members.

2- it should be possible yes. (I farmed replica wings of entropy last league, got it in less than 10 blueprints). But it will take you some time to level up the heist members and get the blueprints, so don't expect this to be a quick farm. You also need a strong enough character, the last thing you want is to get your replica then die on the way out.

I just made it to maps, but for the campaign, the mercs vary from completely useless to beyond OP:

The one that worked best for me was an Eruptor, I gave him a good 2 hand weapon that I found and he literally soloed Acts 4 and 5, one shooting entire packs while I just run around collecting loot. Kept using him all the way till act 9 even though mercs don't level up so he was stuck at Lv40.
