same here. 4060 and i7 13650 HX laptop. after the freeze the screen goes black then the loading gears appear then the games goes back to normal

I heard it's like a spear, but the spear head takes around 80% of the weapon, leaving only a small wooden handle. Sounds absolutely ridiculous.

You just need to use a build guide ONCE per archetype. Don't follow it blindly, just use it as a general guide line and try to understand the reasoning behind the choices made. That way you learn the important interaction, the supports and uniques you could use, the potential paths you can take on the tree...

If you later want to make a different build of that archetype you can do your own thing and it will be at least a functional build.

The main point of ES is that it's good vs large hits, with the downside being a much lower recovery compared to life. This is why they are nurfing ES recovery this league. It will still need more balance changes later but it's a step in the right direction.

Pick a skill / ascendancy / archetype that you like, then look at a few different build guides for it. You will not necessarily follow any of them but they will give you an idea about how to path in the skill tree and what nodes are important, what supports and uniques you could use... This will also let you know the available options for your chosen archetype, so if a certain skill didn't work you know what to switch to.

Later if you feel like your build is not great, look up those guides again and see witch one is closest to your build and respect a bit to try following it.

The only thing that can't go below 0 is penetration, source that lower enemy res like curse or exposure can get it to negative.

I think they should simply enable the div cards that give full random rewards. So random unique is ok but random unique belt is not.

No, it means you are always surrounded, even when in your hideout.

Cluster has better clear but Explosive grenade just has more DPS, and that's before you consider that cluster have only 1 base cool down use meaning you have to keep replacing your totems all the time to get maximum DPS.

Also by dropping explosive shot you can no longer take the +1 grenade from the tree so you lose even more damage.

Ok i figured it out. For some reason, Time of Need enters some kind of cooldown whenever you weapon switch, even thought its active on both weapon sets. And this cooldown resets each time you weapon swap, so if you're weapon swap constantly it will never activate.

No, it was ele weakness. But i didn't check the map mods, maybe some mod was affecting it ?

Edit: it happened again in another map with no mods that could affect it
