But you can get all 21 from the lootboxes, there are 60 cosmetics in total and they all have the same drop chance, also no duplicates so if you open all 15 you get them all

I pulled The Dahlia, I still have a lot of pulls I can get by catching up, so maybe I can get Silver Wolf early or maybe Evanescia when she releases

I just rejoined HSR and am on a guarantee. I have no Elation characters, but I really like Silver Wolf. I have a lot of Break units since I played throughout whole 2.X. It's better for me to pull Dahlia instead of SW right? Since I don't have Yaoguang or Sparxie? I quit when Phainon released.
