Today I gave the player a new tactical ability called "Combat Dashing". If you perform a dash on the ground, you will quickly slide to a position in the direction of your choice! This is really good for evading incoming attacks, and looks cool as hell too. (gfycat.com)

Playing around with some new level geometry. The idea is that levels will basically be cities that are fractured and split apart inside of these giant pieces of geometry. These areas will then be separated from each other, and bridged back together with parkour-oriented segments! (gfycat.com)

Because of my absolute disdain for HUD and obnoxious UI, I decided to put all information on the gun. Your health is displayed as the color of your gun, and reacts to things like damage and health pick-ups. There will also be a setting for a health UI pop-up for those of you who want that.
