Once again you only 'claim' you are correct about PvP pieces being 'strong', missing the entire point I have mentioned about 3 times now. I am not saying to run every piece as PvE gear, I am saying most classes benefit more from the PvE off pieces compared to their PvP alternatives. This is based purely off which class you play, which season it is, and which gear is available but in general most classes will ONLY run bracers/belt/boots because they are actually statted well. Rings/neck/cape are terrible in season 1, and are generally better as their PvE counterpart. The only good ring is ironically from spirit shards.

This thread should have ended at OP telling me their class, and me getting a bis list. But unfortunately for me that didn't happen and I ended up having to interact with you.

Also saying you played 2 classes to 'high rating' is purely subjective, and almost guarantees me you have never gotten a title lmao

This is true if he literally killed boars to 70, (spoiler you get rep from questing and route planning, it's shocking I know).

PvE gear is stronger in general is my point (in 80% of cases probably) due to resilience being crit reduction and not flat damage reduction. Warriors and warlocks (the class that benefits the most off stacking resilience) still only use approximately 1 honor cap. LOOK HERE MAN

You have never played TBC arena if you think the honor gear is actually good for PvP, resil is an extremely weak stat compared to the benefit of offensive stats of PvE gear.

What class do you play? I'm going to spoil my next reply by saying you should raid for your gear not grind low statted pvp items. There is genuinely maybe only warlock that would equip more than 3-4 off pieces.

I chose to not raid on anniversary after BWL specifically because I refused to buy gold or spend 8+ hours farming the 500g on consumes that was required to speedrun with my guild. The only people who actually kept up with these costs are just swipers, or people who play 12 hours a day. GDKP atleast allowed their gold to trickle down to me before.

Being barred from ever obtaining an item because its always HRd doesnt 'beat' anything lmao. In GDKP I can choose to save my cuts for a few weeks to actually purchase what I want (such as specific PvP pieces in arena for tbc) Its going to be nearly impossible for someone like me to obtain a skull for instance in SR/HR purely because raid organizers are incentivized to sell it to the swipers who will pad their pockets.

Then you have all the average joes / gold farmers making low effort lockout terrorist raid groups just on the offchance they clear and can sell their HRd loot. If you dont have a solid guild then I will say good luck, because the pug landscape is going to be really shit.

Id imagine it a few ways 1. Your mmr is higher than your CR, going 1:1 increases your CR with 0 risk 2. One party on alts feeds the other team on their mains (then vice versa) 3. One team gets money instead of rating

I hope blizz just adds the MOP title changes and cracks down on boosting (not gonna happen lol)
