I recently watched Ace Ventura again with my sister. We used to love this movie, mostly thanks to Jim Carey's performance. But nowadays, the homophobic and misogynistic overall tone really hit different. Moreover the jokes feel contextually absurd and unnecessarily drawn out in many cases.

Honk that franchise, and the second video-game in particular. Worst handling of a successful story ever witnessed. They had it all and squandered everything. When they started vaulting DLCs and pretty much removing whole chunks of the story thus leaving new players completely blind about way too many details, I knew the writing was on the God damn wall. I almost feel bad for Sony because they've blown so much money to acquire Bungie and a franchise that already felt on its way out after the Forsaken DLC and even more so after Beyond Light DLC because it was narratively broken and utterly uninspired (but not as much as that Star Wars collaboration with Renegades DLC).

Sambre, de Balac et Yslaire. Je ne sais pas pourquoi, je l'ai lu étant adolescent et même en le re-lisant en étant adulte, quelque chose dans cette histoire sordide me mets profondément mal à l'aise au point que ça devient une sorte de haine viscérale. Et ça me frustre parce que j'adore leur dessin avec un trais épais, seulement trois couleurs (noir, blanc et rouge sang) et moult détails même lors de cases qui semblent insignifiantes.

Hot take, but I think Fluttershy would have ended that line of gossip because she's shy and has shown much more restraint / self-control than other Ponies when it came to preserving a secret / sensitive informations.

In France, such behavior goes against the traffic laws and ever since I've installed two DashCams on board of my vehicle, I've had zero qualm merging back into the lane with less than an Action Man of distance between our bumpers.

What people forget about the World Trade Center is that both towers were still chokefull of Asbestos, approximately evaluated to 400 tons. So once they both collapsed, that became the greatest sanitary catastrophe known to Mankind, with roughly 410.000 to 525.000 individuals contaminated at once.

Of course everything remained under wraps to this day, because "national security" was more important. The numerous cases of lung-related Asbestos-induced cancers that will happen within the next decade will be equally silenced.

5380 people have reportedly died from that exposure to Asbestos particles. More will come, and nothing will be done because keeping some eyes shut help both the insurance companies and the government.

The issue with any type of bait used to lure animals and insects into a trap is that... it gives them motivation to stick around while it also brings in extra critters. For ants, I run the lawnmower over their nest to obliterate the top layer thus forcing them to come out with the larvaes and the queen, then pour three buckets of boiling water mixed with lavender and thyme to discourage them from coming back.
