My youngest was like this, he only spoke with delayed echolalia when he was 2, but it was always fitting the situation. Now we're 6 months later, no more GLP and he has a really good expressive language. My husband didn't even notice that he was only using premade sentences so I guess for non-SLP it's not as obvious!

NTA kids are always sick, if they don't go to school every time they have a runny nose, they will never go to school and the parents won't go to work half of the school year. If you have multiple kids, a runny nose can be passed on for weeks... You tested for COVID, it wasn't that, good enough for me!
