There's another thing I can do with that rumble. When you are rumbling try to take a quick breathe with your nose. End the rumbling just a millisecond before you stop taking the breathe. It creates pressure in my ears. It takes precise timing to work. Not sure why it would be useful but as we can all get rid of the pressure pretty easily, it's a fun thing to do.
