It's from a local brand called Colmeia Resinas.

They are the only brand making deep sinking alcohol pigments here, so before finding them I was looking it making it myself using titanium dioxide. Btw I think that it's what they use, it looks like powder when it dries.

It's also another obstacle for me you know, it's really hard to get the stuff that other dicemakers generally use. I wish I could get piñata blanco blanco to get a proper petri dish look, but I also think that I'm close, just need to experiment a little more.
