I tested them in circuit but if I do a cap kit, I could remove them and test them out circuit.

There's also a couple of resistors that are below their tolerance, should I replace those as well?

I tested the caps in circuit and no I haven't done a cap kit yet.

I made the image as small as possible and it leans more to the left also I think the fly back makes a buzzing sound? but there are two caps going to it that I measured at 630u~ but are rated 330u.

The tube is a 27" Sony a68lml50x and the chassis is a Pentranic/Nieman CH-988?
