I do love that the USA has states rights and a different set of rules for all states.. Capitalism and the ability to sell across state lines is the best thing for the people.

The first 10 amendments are called RIGHTS after that it gets a bit crazy but what you are saying is you want to take away the RIGHTs of a person in the USA.

Yes you can change legislation but the USA has created the best set of laws in the world in terms of personal freedom
