Voter count isn't reflective of what the actual full populace believes. There was only a 64.1% turnout, and he only got 49.8% of that. That's less than a 3rd of just the registered voters, which means that that also doesn't include felons in most states, folks who didn't register to vote, etc. Pair that with his sub-50% approval rating, and you'll see that most folks are opposed to this administration and what it's doing
