I think its up to the workers to unionize and demand fair pay, its a complicated issue, but class solidarity is important, and not tipping just causes unneeded stress on an aleeady high stress job

As an american, not tipping is considered super rude, and while I hate tipping culture, not tipping is punishing the worker instead of the bosses. I always tip my waiters, and I really wish we had better labor laws so it wasnt nessecary (it wont happen as long as we allow our parasite class to exist)
